No. Dr Claxton’s knowledge and experience enables him to see anyone with a respiratory condition or sleep disorder, no matter how simple or complex.  Sometimes more specialised management or investigation is required, and Dr Claxton may refer you to a different specialist in that area. Some conditions require multidisciplinary management (e.g. lung cancer), in which case there would be a team of doctors caring for you.
